What do you ussualy make your pictures that you post up on?

MS Paint *doesn't have a scanner* But sometimes I make them on paper and mail them to *Ryuuiki to scan for me.

Do you copyright other artists characters?

I don't steal characters and if I make art or a fan fiction I'll tell people what charcters aren't mine. But if its a DA artist I only make fan-art.
